High-Low Temperature (Humid Heat) Test Chamber

The high and low temperature and humidity test chamber is a reliability testing equipment that simulates the combined environment of temperature and humidity. It can simultaneously control low temperature, high temperature, constant humid heat, and alternating humid heat, and is used to test the moisture-proof, insulation, mold prevention and structural stability of products in humid and alternating hot and cold environments.

Why use pure water or distilled water?

The impurities present in tap water can easily form scale, causing blockages in the humidification pipeline and reducing the accuracy of the humidity sensor's detection.

How often should the humidity sensor wick be replaced?

Based on the water quality and usage frequency, it is recommended to replace it every 3 months. This device comes with a box of replacement parts as a standard.

Can the equipment undergo a stability test lasting for 30 days or even longer?

OK. The equipment is equipped with automatic water replenishment function in case of water shortage and multiple protection functions against overheating. It can support long-term continuous operation without human intervention.
