Description

This testing system can detect defects of single or multiple wire damage on motor stator enameled wires, and can completely replace the salt bath test.

  • High detection: Single or multiple damaged points on the surface of enameled wire can be detected completely. The damaged points can be identified during detection.
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Multiple consecutive tests with no change in the size of damaged points.
  • Online full inspection: full inspection for batch production on the line, solving the defect of salt bath that can only be used for sampling inspection due to its destructive nature.
  • Custom tooling: Custom tooling for the stator to meet the test needs of various types of motors.
  • Multi-interface: USB/RS232/LAN, PLC communication and TCP/IP network protocols, easy data exchange and instrument control to meet the requirements of automated line integration.
